Meet the CEO and Co-Founder

Mrs. Ross is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Evelyn Moon Children's Services (EMCS),  She provides strategic leadership in developing collaborative programs that strengthen children and families throughout Calhoun and Talladega Counties through grant-writing, and community partnership development.. 

Teresa is a Certified Crisis Intervention Specialist through the American Association of Healthcare Professionals and provides crisis intervention and support services in partnership with Calhoun County Schools.

She holds a Master of Arts in Human Services from the University of Arizona Global Campus, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University.

She is an active member of the Calhoun County Children's Policy Council, collaborating with community leaders to advance initiatives that improve the safety, health, and well-being of children and families.

Above all, Teresa is devoted to her family. She is a proud wife, mother, and "Ya Ya" to her grandsons, Zion, Lamar, and Jmir, who inspire her unwavering commitment to serving children, strengthening families, and creating opportunities that empower future generations.
